You

Account shows your name, email and role, and is where you sign out. Your language, English or Italian, follows you to every device you sign in on.

Need a new password? There’s no self-service reset yet, so get in touch with whoever set up your bakery.

Bakery

General holds the bakery’s name and currency. Only a bakery admin can change these.

Changing the currency relabels existing amounts. It doesn’t convert them.

Product categories are the groups your products are listed under, each with a color. Deleting a category moves its products to Other.

Team

Everyone at a bakery has their own login and sees the same data. There are two roles:

Role	What they can do
Admin	Everything, including the bakery’s name and currency
Member	All the daily work: logging, recipes, prices, costs and personnel

New people are added by hand for now, in the same way as your first account.

This device

These settings apply to the device you’re on:

• Appearance: a green or brown color theme, light, dark or system mode, breakdown bars, and a box around the active tab on phones.
• Overview: how profit per product is split, and what tapping a bar does on a phone.
