Calendar

The Calendar is where BreadWorks opens, and where most of the daily work happens. A dot under a date means something was logged that day.

Log a day

1. Pick the day.
2. Press Log activity on a computer, or + on a phone.
3. Choose the product and fill in the quantity baked, the quantity sold and, if you gave one, the discount %.

Quantities use the product’s selling unit, such as pieces or kilos.

If everything you baked that day was sold, press Mark all baked as sold instead of entering each sale.

See a day

Under the calendar you’ll find the day’s products with what was baked and sold, plus the day’s total revenue. On a phone you can collapse the calendar to a single week to leave more room for the list.

To go further back, use the arrows, or press the month’s name to jump to another month. Today brings you back.

Change or delete an entry

Open the ⋮ menu on an entry to edit or delete it. Deleting always asks first, and can’t be undone.

Archived products no longer appear when you pick a product, but anything already logged for them stays in the Calendar and in your figures.
